So, you've read about CERT and you're ready to join the team?  Great!  Just download and complete the membership application and informed consent, waiver and release agreement below.  Membership donation amounts are $30 for new members and $25 to renew.  Junior members can join for just $20.  Send the completed forms along with membership donation to:

Once your application is accepted, you need to sign up and complete registration at SERVPA (https://serv.pa.gov/).  This will provide liability insurance to cover you in the event of a deployment.  (Depending upon your role, many of you will also need to pass background checks to work with children.  This can be determined at a later date.) 

Lastly, you will need to complete all CERT training courses that are offered through Western Pennsylvania CERT and pass your final exam.  These courses will be offered throughout the year.  Check out calendar or our Facebook page for posted events.
